Modern apartment with breathtaking sea views

We had a lovely break in this apartment, which was clean and spacious for two people. The view was incredible despite the noise of the A55 when opening the window. The sunset was different every night. A really quiet block of flats and no noisy neighbours. Penmaenmawr is a clean, tranquil town and people are friendly. It's great walking along the beach with is literally a 7 minute walk away.

The bed in the ensuite room was too low for my elderly mother to get up out of comfortably.

The apartment was modern, well located and had great views. It was clean and the showers were good. Access arrangements were clear and easy to follow.

We felt it was overpriced. The furnishings were basic - the beds were uncomfortable and poor quality, there was nowhere to put clothes in one bedroom, and the lounge furniture didn't accommodate 4 people comfortably. The kitchen had basic equipment sufficient for 4 people, but only 2 wine glasses for instance, and some of the crockery was plastic. The heating all worked fine but was controlled remotely by the owner so was a little awkward to keep asking when you wanted it turned up or down, but they were happy to do that.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, the location was perfect and the view was just amazing. The owners promptly replied to any messages, the directions and entry into the apartment was very easy, parking was free and on-site. Would definitely stay again.

The mattress was uncomfortable, far too soft. This is just minor and would not stop me from staying again, no full length mirror or access to a plug socket near a mirror for drying hair. No drawers/dressing table to put toiletries etc on.

The apartment was perfect for us, warm, light, airy, clean and comfortable. We were three young at heart friends, in our early 70's and the apartment was ideally located for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. We had a designated parking place and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Communication with the proprietor and Booking.com was excellent.

We did not find anything that we didn't like. But potential customers should be made aware that the A55 Expressway runs close by and can be heard if the windows are open.

The location is excellent... if somebody doesn't want to go anywhere they can enjoy the views from the living room for the whole day... the views of sunrise, sunset and the sea are breathtaking... and the city centre is also very close to the property...

The bedrooms are close to the highway... speeding cars are loud at night... it woke up my baby a few times...

The flat is modern, comfortable and has the most magnificent view. Shilpa is very friendly and caring and ensured everything was in order. She was also very quick to respond to any queries. Great location, walking distance to shops, beach and more!

The beds were a little uncomfortable, otherwise, everything was outstanding!

nice and new, location easy to get around. parking. easy check in. great layout of flat. super communication from host. really good stay.

some issues with noise from roads especially if doors or windows open. some issues with soundproofing from flat above but this wasn’t all the time. some dripping from balcony above onto seats but spoke to host who said management are aware so hope this is sorted.

Beautiful view, comfortable modern appartment with lots of extras. Lovely location, close to the A55. Our little one loves cars and trains so being able to see both from the sitting room was a bonus for him.

The big windows / doors in the living room would have benefited from a blind/ curtains as the sun sets directly opposite so the sun can be intense. Busy roads front and back so unable to open window / doors without traffic noise.
