Everything was the BEST! Room was exactly like the pictures, the host was hospitable,kind and helpful! The location was so close to everywhere that I rarely need to take a taxi. I’ll definitely come here again! Thanks to kotehi and his amazing wife 👍🏻

It was a lovely experience! The apartment was very cozy, clean and comfortable with a convenient location in the center of Tbilisi. Everything you might need is nearby and so is the very supportive Host who is always ready to assist you. I am definitely visiting again.

"The best place in Tbilisi"

The owners are the loveliest people ever, all Georgians are! We extended our stay at they gave us a discount. The house is beautifully decorated and clean, with a lovely porch. Amazing touch adding coffee/ tea/ salt and chilli pepper for cooking! Near to Fabrika, lots of fresh produce, supermarkets, food. Will stay here again, best home in Tbilisi!

Adding vent/ fan in the toilet. Otherwise, all perfect.

The apartment owner was very nice and gave a great airport transfer. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything that is needed without any issues. The extractor fan for cooking is really good with a bright light over your food.

It's close to a busy road and rather noisy inside (but I do come from the countryside).
