The room is really nice and full furniture , best kitchen and clean , the owner is very helpful and nice guy , he even booked a taxi to airport while we were checking out , thanks a lot . . .

Location is best , its close to supermarket 24 hours open , very close to marjan eshpili area , everything is ready near to place 👍

The best host in Tbilisi by far - willl always return

A great apartment close to the city centre, Fabrika and metro station Marjanishvili. It's exceptionally clean and warm. Clean towels and linen are provided, laundry is also available, you need to ask the host. There are two desks if you need to work. The bed is very comfy. It's a quiet place and you won't be disturbed by the street noise. The host Inga is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Very clean place, friendly and helpful hosts: excellent experience, recommended!

We had an amazing stay the past 3 weeks. The location is perfect with a big grocery down the road, a Georgian bank nearby, and restaurants within 7min walking distance. We were able to walk to the gym within 10 min. The place is spotlessly clean, they also came in each week to clean the apartment and replace the linen, towels, and amenities. There are sufficient cooking utensils to cook at home. The bed and pillows are of high quality providing a good night's rest. Because we stayed so long they offered to do our laundry, there is a laundromat 2min walk if you need it. We loved sitting on the window pane watching the snow. This apartment is great value for money and the host is friendly and helpful. When I return to Tbilisi I will definitely stay here again.

At certain times of the day, the street in front of the apartment can be noisy if the windows are open.
