We really enjoyed our stay, we want to thank the host for her hospitality and generosity. The location is really amazing, very close to destinations, restaurants, the heart of the city, and next to churches, especially an Armenian one. Room was clean , and thank you for providing amenities for us. Waiting to come back 😊

Close to Beka Palace Hotel which did not honour our booking for that same night

I have pictures to prove it's state of disrepair,cramped box like features. Close to the road and foot traffic until after midnight . Street dogs barked until we left by 06.50. See also previous report.

The location

The smell in the room was horrible. There was fungus on the roof of the bathroom. The sink had a crack. No hand soap replenishment.
