I am not sure there was anything to like besides the central location, overlooking Old Tbilisi and the river.

This was a crumbling property, with plaster coming off walls, staircase banister and railing which was cello-taped so that the wooden railings don't come off. The stairs were made of rotting wood and could have collapsed under our feet any time. I had literally booked one night (thank God for that!) for the day that we had to check out of our other hotel and we had a midnight flight to catch. So this was literally a place to park our bags, have a bit of a lie-in and freshen up before our flight. Such a terrible experience with a dilapidated property! The washroom was so tiny and the sink so set in the wall that you couldn't even insert your face into the wall niche to wash your face. The washroom so tiny that you couldn't even turn around to close the door. Oh, and we had booked a ground floor apartment so we could easily transfer luggage to our car. But we were given a first floor apartment with crumbling stairs to climb because the ground floor apartment had serious plumbing and seepage issues. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs! There is no upkeep and maintenance by the property owner at all, barring maybe the penthouse suites.

Everything is great and the most important thing is that they have a bidet in the bathroom.

Different apartment, not the same as I booked Broken shower, fungi on walls Instead of 3 person we had bed linen only for 2 Rude admin, her husband came to us in the middle of the night, yelling and threatening us with police, because we asked cover for the 3rd person.

Great location, optimal to enjoy the city. Place was very clean and comfortable, as well as fully equipped. We've got the towels exchanged on 3rd day. Haven't tried the breakfast.

In order to get the keys we had to ask some guys on the street, lady standing on an upper balcony told us. A bit weird but it worked effectively. Couple of days towards the end of the stay we requested an airport transfer - first reply we got was positive but then our requests for confirmation of the time have not been answered (despite the offer provided upfront by the facility), so we had to organize the transportation ourselves. Communication could be little better, otherwise all good.
