Old cooker not working no towel dirty chairs

The location of the property is amazing. Situated close to everything that a tourist would want. Stunning views of old town just few minutes away, shops and metro is close by too. Tamara was a very nice lady/host checked in without any issues and everything was smooth. The room was decorated nicely with a stunning balcony overlooking a road which was charming to also be in a historic house.

The interior was a bit run down/worn out. Some wallpaper was coming off and the toilet had a leak on the ceiling. Other than that the ac was dirty and needs to be looked after but overall those negatives could have been avoided easily and I’m sure a change in a room would have been a good option too!

There was an issue with the shower drainage and hot water in the first room the day after we got another room with a taped up broken toilet seat and exposed electrical wiring in the shower

The best apartment option in Tbilisi. Amazing view from terrace. It was my second stay in the hotel. My apartment choice was upgraded for free. Thank you!!!

Everything was very nice...excellent place...excellent location ..excellent service..The only issue we felt was the rooms are very small and slightly congested..it was very neat and clean. The host was very nice and supportive.

The place is strategically located in the very heart of Tbilisi, very close to everything. The apartment has everything you need for your comfortable stay. It is clean, bright, quiet, recently renovated. They met us in the airport at 3:00am - amazing hospitality and attitude.
