MYMYthe apartment was spacious. check in and check out were smooth. pool was great. parking was easy. all aircond were properly functioning. toilet were clean.
there is no iron provided, the curtains are torn and dirty. only one elevator is functioning. they should improve time management for garbage collectors. we have to wait for that one elevator for more than 20 minutes because they stop at each floor to collect garbage during peak hour that is when everyone is busy checking out.
MYI reserved two apartments for my family, each featuring three rooms and two bathrooms. The apartments are spacious and impeccably clean. All air conditioning units are functioning properly, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The swimming pool is both large and well-maintained, and the view from the apartment is stunning. I look forward to returning in the future.
The owner could enhance the experience by providing additional useful items such as tissues, soap, shampoo, free Wi-Fi, a water dispenser, undiluted dish liquid, and new sponges for better cleaning. Additionally, the pillows are quite thin and should be replaced or supplemented to ensure a more comfortable stay.
MYMYMYMY- aircond at all area (living room, 3 bedrooms) - have 2 swimming pool (adult & kids) and 2 outdoor shower - have wide living room and balcony - provided bath towels and bath mat - have night lamp at bedside all bedroom
- chipping wooden floor (some already out of glue) - can add more utensils (knife, chopping board, laddle,etc) - can add iron to complete facilities.
MYNice stay if it was more clean and nice
Our family was stuck in the lift for about 15 minutes without any help as no line to call for help in the lift and the help button is not working , luckily a person got connected after 15 minutes of trying and helped us . Totally not a good experience as there were elderly and children were with us in the lift . Hope management can be more responsible
