Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The living hall kitchen rooms are nice ,the toilet is really in bad condition, the toilet bowl is very rusty, shower place very small and the heater got water leaking,must repair if not will electric shot.

Toilet in bad condition..and the heater too .. balcony lot pigeon poops .

The front door needs repairing The kitchen needs more glasses,a kitchen knife or a sissors and there's no stove for us to at least fry eggs.Other than that the place is great for family getaway.
