The location was perfect !

Very dark with only one small window & smell of humidity in the studio ! We had to keep the room on heat at 30 to keep the room dry

Excellent location in center of town. Very clean

The closet smelled a bit of mildew as the mop was in there. This was the only complaint. Everything else was not an issue. Just know that it is a bit dark, and that Sete is always humid.

The place was clean and facilities were as stated.

The room was damp which we could smell as soon as we entered the accommodation. We stayed for an hour and then booked another property to stay as we did not want to spend our time in this damp accommodation.

There were quite some ants in the kitchen area. The owner confirmed that he’s trying to get rid of them, but they keep coming back.
