The Cedar Tree Studio

The location was perfect, in the center of Sete Cidade. We loved it. The house was ready and very clean, plus the host answered very fast when we needed something. We didn't use the kitchen a lot, but it has all the necessary cookware, and everything was very clean. Bathroom was also nice and the bed was comfy :) Perfect property for a couple getaway!

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the carpet was a bit smelly (like humidity), and we had to ventilate the house twice a day. However, it was only around the sofa, and nothing too serious :)

we had an issue checking in but that was well solved by the staff. The beda were very comfortable. Good location

it was very dirty and smelled very bad, as if no one had been there for years. The cups were stuck to the selves so dirty, insects and worms on the floor, hair in the bathroom.

The location was just perfect! We were able to go to the twin lakes by foot, enjoy some kajaking and a lovely hike. There are some lovely bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and also a small grocery shop. The property had a nice kitchen & the bed was amazing (read: a hard matras, just the way we liked it).

We found some hair in the bathroom and the waste bin was not emptied upon arrival. The property was quite dark. Other than that, it wa really nice!

Located in the middle of the village. Good equiped.

Difficult ventilation of the room

We liked the small house a lot! The road was not loud at all, there was a coffee machine and capsules. Also the air conditioner worked well and the air was quite fresh. Did not understand the bad comments at all. Only the TV and Internet did not work, so bring a book with you :)
