Easy to find the place...view of Mt Taranaki from the living room..walking distance to New Plymouth center ..very cozy...comfortable beds..my family from Tahiti (Porapora) felt at home..

Great location, comfortable beds, and good communication.

Washing machine but no dryer or clothes line. No condiments or basics for cooking. Not usually going to buy oil, salt, pepper, etc, when traveling and staying a few nights. Great kitchen but empty cupboards.

We were met at the property even though we were running late. Door had a keycode so no keys but the personal service was great anyway.

It was really cold that day and it would have been nice if the heaters had been turned on for us before we arrived. Having said that it was a great property and this was such a small thing that it didn't matter too much.

Newly refurbished, very comfortable and cosy (has a heat pump), Easy walking distance to restaurants and museum. Nice new bathroom and comfortable beds. A digital lock also made things very easy. Joelene was very helpful and accommodating, a pleasure to deal with.

Nothing. The entry door is up some external stairs and you can hear some hear road noise - neither of those things were a problem for me, but some people may like to know that.

A good place to stay. Located near the central area of New Plymouth on a main road, within walking distance (7-15mins) of the city centre. Free, private, parking off the main road - you can certainly leave your car at the apartment and easily walk to the museums, beach, promenade, art gallery, shops & restaurants. Friendly, helpful host. Clean. Comfy beds. Warm rooms. Well maintained. Well equipped. Good cooking facilities. Fast, dependable WiFi (240Mbps download/168Mbps upload). We would stay here again.

The doorcode should have been sent 24 hours before arrival, because we had no internet access to receive the doorcode on the afternoon of our arrival. Fortunately, this minor problem was resolved very quickly by the helpful host.
