Excellent place with a fabulous view and a beautiful garden. We had a very good time.

Die Lage mit Terrasse und Garten mit Ausblick auf den Stromboli und Inseln inklusive atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge ist nicht zu überbieten. Außerdem nahe zu Tropea und capo vaticano. Für einen Aufenthalt nur zu empfehlen.

Leider gab es nur eine - in unseren Augen - kinderespressomaschine die für 4 Personen nicht reicht. Vielleicht könnten die Besitzer eine de longhi Kapsel Kaffeemaschine zur Ausstattung hinzufügen.

Posizione eccezionale per la vista sul mare Staff molto disponibile per ogni cosa.

Purtroppo se non si possiede una vettura per spostarsi l'accesso al mare non è fattibile a piedi. Idem per la sera non esiste una passeggiata vicina.

amazing view, nice green and peaceful surrounding, much space for children to play. Some of the apartment equipment seems to have the best years already over but overall meets the basic expectations. + Anti-mosquito devices - worked really well!

Be aware of additional (hidden costs). We were asked to pay additionally +15EUR/Person (+60EUR for stay) just for bed linen/towels. Without it, we would be accommodated with kids in a property with an empty beds that are not prepared for stay. It's the very first time we face the need to pay in addition for such a basic equipment during a stay. What's more property owner has not given us back exchange from total amount (despite it was a just a few euro) and promised to share us more information on recommendation of trips/places to see but has never sent us details. What's more asked straight away to add a max point review, without any effort given to take a real care of the guests. We felt disappointment on that part. Apartment equipment is very basic. You receive only 1 toilet paper and hand-soap was finished just after the one day of the stay. Some of the equipment needs to be repaired (f.ex. a bench that is almost to be broken). If the above would be improved, the stay could be rated for 9/10

Man benötigt ein Fahrzeug um an den Strand zu gelangen. Wir haben uns einen Scooter gemietet. Damit waren alle Strände und Altstädte bestens zu erreichen.

- Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer - fantastische Terrasse - Gute Lage (10 min bis zu Tropea mit dem Auto, bis zum Strand im Hauptsaison unter 10 Min zu Fuß, im Nebensaison braucht man ein Auto, da die viele private Wege noch gesperrt sind) - Bequeme Bette
