I guess during the season will be more noisy from the tourists walking around 🧐 Windy season from May

Has everything you need for a 1 week short break. Close to the beach and restaurants and own car park. Well kept garden. Fair price.

Minor point: It would be more convenient if the outlet pipe for the condensate from the air conditioning system was routed somewhere else. It is located right outside the door which makes the outside floor wet which then gets walked into the apartment every time you go in and out.

Perfectly placed clean and roomy. Everything in kitchen.

The only niggle was the cleaner did not clean very well and on one occasion wanted to clean the room at 10am with us just out of bed! She said she was very busy and had things to do!

Great location, lovely garden setting which is well maintained. Two minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Small area to sit out downstairs at the front was nice. The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets and towels. We had a small issue with the drains which Christos attended to straight away despite it being Sunday. The apartment was adequate.

The kitchen area was not cleaned well. The beading around the work surface was grimy as well as the hob area. The utensils under the sink were also not very clean and needed washing out before use. The cleaning was hit and miss as the cleaner seemed to be unwell. The apartments would benefit from upgrading in the kitchen and bathroom areas but this is planned for 2025. It would be nice to feel slightly more private in the downstairs apartments at the front, perhaps with a small wall or fence around the patio area.

Beautiful location, and garden, the building was fit for purpose and well looked after. Rooms spacious and all the basic needs.

Nothing g other than the daily cleaning was sketchy at times. A bathroom bulb/light didn’t work and as no external light we needed a torch! The cleaner obviously never turned on the light either!

Location, and very quiet in the evenings.

The room needs a renovation, but for us, it was fair enough.

Great location, we liked very much. There is sandy beach nearby, a lot of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Quiet, calm, comfortable beds, privacy, kitchenette with everything you need. Christos took us from the bus stop.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The toilet cistern doesn't work properly, however, this was not a problem, but it was difficult to explain to the maid what was needed
