+ very close to the beach + close to many restaurants and bars but still quiet + wifi worked well

- strong smell of bleach when we arrived and everything was wet - the toilet was full of hair, I had to clean it myself before we could even use it - I am sure the betlinen/pillowcases weren't changed from the last guests - the pillows had a very strong smell of old sweat - the shower was dirty, old dried in shampoo on the walls, there was definitely never a deep clean of the apartment - everything was VERY old, which is OK, but it was also extremely dirty - i saw the waterbucket of the cleaning lady: the water was black and I really don't want to know when it was changed the last time - our apartment didn't have a window in the bathroom, so it was not possible to ventilate the room after showering and it would stay moist constantly - the water from the AC ran down outside right in front the door - next to the chairs outside was a drain leaking water and a very strong smell I really don't understand how this place got such a high rating and I was very disappointed. It was one of the worst holidays we had. Ridiculous!

The position is just perfect, we loved to be so close to the sea (just 50mt on foot from the house)

The studios are pretty old fashioned (the door and the windows are made in plastic) and the cleaning service it’s not that good: every time we were back at the studio in the evening there was a nasty smell of bleach coming from the bathroom and probably the same mop is used from ages, the smell is awful.
