Sleeps 4! 2BR, Gym, Paid Parking, Close to Major Attractions

There was nothing i liked about this property.

Where to begin. It's listed as a 2-bedroom, but it is a studio with a loft. There are no doors on the sleeping areas to separate them; it's just a big open space. The room was filthy, with dirty handprints and smudges on the walls. The whole room smelled like a mix of curry and melted rubber. The bathroom was gross with mold on the walls and a filthy bathtub. The room is also on street level, so you hear people yelling the whole night in between the subway rumble, which runs right under the building. There is also an ATM in the lobby for whatever reason, though I have an idea. We left after the first night and went to a different hotel.

A limpeza do apartamento deixou muito a desejar, muito pó no chão, banheiro mal lavado e os quartos também não estavam limpos. O pior era o estacionamento onde podíamos parar o carro, completamente imundo, sem nenhuma manutenção, as portas para a escada completamente destruída sem nenhum cuidado. As camas também tinha colchões bem ruins e de forma geral não tínhamos muito conforto.

Plenty of space in the apartment. But need a renovation

This place has a fair few things missing and the bathrooms are sub standard(expanding foam around the pipe in the mezzanine bathroom, downstairs has 0 sound proofing to its nabour) The place really needs a paint especially in the bathrooms the quality of the plastering and painting is shocking. The shower curtain track isn't fixed to the walls so it wants to fall off all the time. In general I think the place needs some maintenance. Also there seemed to be no wash detergent for the washing machine ( if there was is was very hard to find) Poor lighting in general, in the kitchen especially ( really require some hanging light above the bench. I literally had to use my phone light while in the kitchen) The blinds to the double bed were broken and of a poor standard.

La ubicación estupenda. Era muy espacioso. Las camas muy cómodas. Había conserje en el edificio 24 horas.

Algunos electrodomésticos tenían pequeños desajustes que tuvimos que resolver nosotros.

Close to major places

Very old building. Parking was free in the 3rd floor of the garage but no elevator made it very difficult to carry luggage especially we are a family. Also, the pictures seemed to be a more modern place/decor but the reality was not.

Nice decor and close to where we needed to go. Door code was convenient and beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and a washer/dryer.

The smell of the hallways were terrible! A mixture of urine and marijuana. Our apartment had an unpleasant odor during the entire stay. There were moldy places in the shower that needed to be cleaned and there were a couple of needed repairs (toilet paper holder was hanging by only one side; one knob on the stove did not work). Light switches were grimy. When I was asked to give a review by "Sleeps 4! 2BR, Gym, Free Parking, Close to Major Attractions", I reported the same dissatisfaction as is found in this review. However, the response did not offer anything to rectify our dissatisfaction. They just basically said, "sorry".

Very clean. Great position. Great size. Residents & front desk super friendly. I would come again!

Parking a little confusing & scary at night but the video was really helpful. There was strong cigarette smoke smell in hallways. In adjoining building near car park, there was a strong trash smell. Just a note, we used the clothes dryer & the lint filter was completely full, the cleaner should empty? - fire hazard. (We empty every use at home)

The rooms were clean and was nice with 2 baths.

The halls always smelled like pot, and the apt. smelled. It needs airing out. The distance to the sights was more like a 35-40min. walk. The parking garage was awful and dark on the 3rd level.
