Sleeps 4! 2BR, Gym, Paid Parking, Close to Major Attractions

I liked how quiet it was and how clean the place was!

Nothing I didn’t really dislike.

Location

My room was not what it looked like in the pictures. Holes in the walls, paint all over, broken pieces of wall, everything was old and out dated, tv wasn’t the same size. But that’s not even close to the worst part. Our room was broken into with a master key the second night we were there. $2100 and a lot of personal items were taken from the room. the serving night a security guard creeped into our room using a master key and was confronted by me with a knife. they stated “air bnb” sent her and walked to the front desk. i put my shoes on and demanded why she was in my room. She fumbled her words and said in the computer it shows nobody is staying there and at 215 am just wanted to make sure even though the computer said that… obviously we were still there and she was coming to take more stuff. a police report was filed, we talked to the security manager and to the building manager. We are waiting to see what happens with our money and property. in the meantime we want our money back from the horrible place.

Nothing. On going dispute with Booking.com and hosts. We did not stay and left within two hours of arrival. This property reflects very badly on Booking.com and they should not accept ads from rogue listing's. Completely unacceptable.

Hallways smelt of marajuana, showers were mouldy, kitchen facilities very poor with lack of cooking dishes and utensils. Dirty oven, unpressed bed linen. In adequate beds and sofa. Bedrooms without windows! General decoration very poor. Demanding a full refund. Images supplied by the hosts were misleading at best. Photographs supplied to Booking.com as proof. Dialogue was had with the hosts of TrustBnB prior to paying for the booking, which was clear from our side. We asked a representative or the owner to attend the property but this was refused. Cathy from Trust BnB offered a casserole dish to resolve the issues! Booking.com believes this is adequate!

I like the model of Airbnb. Beautiful 😍 I love the location and area it's in. Target, insomnia cookie, sprouts, and Starbucks. I love the fact that Airbnb had a mixed crowd of people staying there. The host was absolutely amazing 👏🏿 🤩 there gym was my favorite!!! There was a room in the downstairs that was so peaceful no t.v. peace of mind, a beautiful day room, and the bed in there was absolutely amazing. It's still under construction, but the areas that were completely spectacular 👌 Including the inside basketball 🏀 court.

Well..... I didn't like that Airbnb was beautiful but yet unfinished. I didn't like that you could literally see the pipe work sewage pipe work in the shower. Beautiful bathrooms, but I couldn't, help to keep looking up at those pipes smh. So, it's not pleasing to the eye. The upstairs closet had actual electrical wire exposed 😳 I have kids, so that was very scary. The decoration was beautiful. The apartment itself needs some tlc. Something so beautiful but yet undone. It looks like it was still being ventilated but rented out at the same time. I gave it a six because I wanted it to be a 10 so bad. There was no kcup machine. the coffee maker they had was a bit old-fashioned. The upstairs room had the old-fashioned popcorn ceiling that was peeling. The heat kicked in upstairs but kept seeping out downstairs. The shower water upstairs went cold fast. However, the downstairs 🚿 shower was steaming hot, but the shower head wasn't great at all. The t.v.s should have been bigger, especially for the design of that beautiful apartment.The Airbnb needs true tlc.

Pillows uncomfortable otherwise perfect

Without a doubt, the best thing of this property was that it was so central to most of central Philadelphia's major attractions and neighborhoods. Also, this particular property met the accommodation requirements my family needed (myself, my wife, a teen and a pre-teen). The facility provided us a code for the door lock in advance. That made it very easy. And having a secure parking garage was a deal-breaker for, so that was great although the garage was shabby.

The upper level of this 2-story loft provided little by way of black-out curtains. My bed was literally parallel to a large window that, while curtained, let in a ton of light. This contrasted with the bed down below and that window did have blackout curtains. Also, a few little things were annoying, such as a request twice for a lightbulb change on the microwave in the kitchen was never fixed. That particular room is very dark and there is no light fixture anywhere in the kitchen. Finally, the upstairs, loft shower needed some real TLC with chipping and flaking paint, some exposed pipeworks, etc.

The location was perfect for our stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Furniture could have been more comfortable- the living room couch was small. We were out most of the day, so it was not a huge deal.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and they were making weird noises whenever you turned from one side to the other. The other facilities in the house are also very old and should be replaced (refrigerator was loud, shower head was very old, etc.)
