Sleeps 4! 2BR, Gym, Paid Parking, Close to Major Attractions

Location was close to a subway stop

If they put a good lump sum into fixing the drywall, adding insulation, repairs, investing in the doors for better sound proofing this place would be really great. It’s cute superficially but pretty gross to find squashed bug on the wall upon entering and drywall pieces on your bed that have fallen from the ceiling. Both toilets stopped working, I fixed one but had to have maintenance come. They were responsive to that, I’ll give them that. It’s a great space and decent location , it just needs some actual attention and maintenance, not just cute interior design.

Location was great. The building was nice, clean and had a friendly staff and a great courtyard. Our particular apartment was clean and had everything that was advertised.

I thought it could have been a bit more comfortable. Some more seating area and working television service would have been nice for the down time but wasn’t a big deal.

Nothing, as we did not stay. We left immediately and found alternative accomodation.

The apartment had a strong musty smell throughout, which was very over powering and unpleasant. This was because the downstairs bathroom was damp with water stains on the ceiling and the plasterwork either side of the shower tray was wet and crumbling off the wall (size of a saucer) The apartment had minimal natural light with one window at the front and no windows to either bedroom or bathrooms at the rear of the property. Like being in a cave. Had a temporary air conditioning unit in the lounge (front of apartment) as main unit was not working and hence no a/c in bedrooms. Paintwork was flaking off walls and was grubby.

Smell in the building corridors

The location is great, but the room is not up to standard and Bookings.com used some shady business practices to sell this room. When I asked which specific room we were getting the host kept sending pictures of multiple rooms, and only after the time have deposit returned did we find out our actual room

The hallway had a VERY strong smell of urine. It is advertised as a 2 bedrooms bet it is really a loft and there are no doors on the either bedroom

Easy to get into and out of. The bed was comfortable.

The parking deck is old and a little difficult to maneuver. Needs some minor cosmetic updates, like fresh paint.

The location was great, cheaper than being in the city center but still close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. There was a friendly concierge at the front desk which added to the feeling of safety. Having a door code rather than keys really increased the convenience of the place.

This place missed the home away from home aspect I'm looking for by renting an AirBnB instead of a hotel. The provisions were minimal to absent. An oven, but no pans or even a hot pad. Dishwasher and washer/dryer, but not even one load worth of detergent. The place was a little run down with loose fixtures, some water damage, etc, but everything worked fine. For a place that sleeps six, it was a little tight in the main living space. Even with only four of us, it was hard to hang in the living area without people having to sit on wooden benches/stools.

NOTHING!!! Don’t do it. The facility is unsanitary and not as described. GROSS.

The property is very run down and very dirty and stinky. Smelled of Pungent pee. Paid for the facility and unable To physically stay at the property because it was a HEALTH HAZARD. Burning nose and eyes. The property manager and owner would not refund our money. Had to scramble to find another place to stay with my family last minute at 9pm. Triple the prices at every facility. Stains on carpet and walls . Blinds don’t work. Gross gross gross. Don’t do it. Rude owner of the property and property manager.

This building is very conveniently located in Philly. We were staying here as our house was finishing construction nearby. Staff is lovely and the gym is nice. Linens, counters and floors were clean. Clear instructions on entering and host answers questions very quickly. In unit washer dryer is great and large size toiletries were very nice.

The photos on the listing are NOT of unit 306A, with the exception of one photo of the living room. The walls and ceilings are peeling, dirty and have actual holes in them. The kitchen is not fully stocked for 2 people, let alone 6. There was broken furniture left in the living room as well. The entire property is very difficult to traverse if you require accessibility or are bringing heavy luggage from the garage. The parking is free, but the top floor of the garage is literally falling down and the windows are all blown out.
