Sleeps 4! 2BR, Gym, Paid Parking, Close to Major Attractions

The location on broad. Ease of getting food. Beds were comfortable.

Floors were broken, warped and missing panels. Price was too much for the quality of the room, for what i paid i expected something more. Nest thermostat was low on battery aswell as smoke detector, they were beeping. No way to open windows to get airflow. Very dry air.

Great that parking in building garage was available, and apartment 2 bedrooms fit what we needed. Sprouts and Target and Starbucks very close. Ubers were very quick to go into downtown.

but getting into the parking garage was a bit of a hassle. Better if parking pass and parking fob could be picked up at the concierge. Very difficult to go to apt first, then pick up pass and fob from the apt, then go back outside to where car was temporarily parked, and then drive into the garage, unpack luggage at first floor of garage, then find the very narrow parking spaces, then walk back down ramp to the first floor to get to elevator to go back up to the apartment.

Cockroches, rusty nails sticking out of floor, dirty floors, and carpet. Nothing good to say about this property other than it's a decent location and there is a parking garage (that is extremely creepy). Entire building smells like fried food and Marijuana. This propery is so run down that it shouldn't even up for rent. TrustBNB manager did not care that there were cockroaches in our apartment, or rusty nails sticking out of the floor that I stepped on and punctured my foot on. I requested refund to move to a new location and was told no. Only offered to move across the hall to another apartment (which did not have the sleeping arrangement that I needed). Workers at the building did confirm that cockroaches are A KNOWN issue here, so book at your own risk. Also, there were ZERO windows in the entire apartment. It was like living in a jail cell for 11 days while I was in the city for cancer treatment.

Space, comfort, cleanliness, appearance, close to the city, safe, it was exactly what we were looking for

The hot water was very unreliable.

Good location, value for money, easy checkin, free parking lot, friendly host. Subway station and grocery store is very close (like 2 minute walk).

Location of property was good - close to subway, apartment was somewhat roomy and nice little kitchen. Fit our needs for the 2 nights the four of us were there. Parking was close and convenient as well.

Not sure this location will accommodate 6 people - maybe 4 adults and 2 children. Broad Street was very busy almost 24 hours a day. Apartment could use some minor repairs and "sprucing" up

Great location. Competitive price. The parking spot in the garage helped a lot. Great WiFi.

Bed/mattress could be taller.

The entire interior was uncomfortably gross. The walls were dirty, carpets were stained, cabinets didn’t close, gross stuff on the trash cans. Not at all like the pictures.
