Spacious, nice atmosphere, beds comfortable, use of gym, well equipped kitchen

Mattress sofa bit spartan. Indoor painting could be redone.

The location was nice in the middle of the city. It has a courtyard with amazing ponds and koi fish. They also have a nice-sized gym. The Unit itself was big and welcoming.

No elevator from the parking garage so if your handicapped or can't go downstairs get dropped off in front of the building.

Great location. We walked most days to the main attractions. For those who would prefer public transport, there is a subway a few minutes away. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms. It's great to have the convenience of a home rather than a hotel room.

We booked a garden view through booking.com. However, on arrival, we had a street view. This was a little noisy for the person using the sofa bed. If you book through this site, message the owner to clarify before arriving.

Location was great, with Target, Sprouts, and numerous restaurants nearby.

On the day of our scheduled arrival we were notified that the property was not going to be available due to a burst water pipe in the apartment. They arranged for us to be lodged offsite in another part of the city for three days and then had to move to the apartment after repairs were made, which was super inconvenient mid-stay. Both locations smelled like a pack of skunks had been let loose in the buildings. We ended up leaving a day early and a dollar short, as they would not provide any sort of refund for the reduced stay or inconvenience.

The accommodations were great. It was a long walk to get to the condo.

First the good: great location with easy access to groceries, public transit, and anything you might need at the stadiums or center city. Also VERY responsive staff.

Wow, where to begin with this: the building itself smelled like weed the entire stay. It came through all the vents into the unit. I could not handle it or breathe. The unit had a number of cleanliness and condition issues including burn marks on a ceiling, fans clogged with dust, stains from fridges, etc. The staff was so responsive about my texts but there ultimately isn’t attention being paid to keeping the unit clean and in good condition. This is especially sad since the cleaning fee is so high. Beds were not comfortable and the apartment was decorated but kind of mostly for photos vs use/comfort. Very noisy streetside (and I am used to being in a city) with lots of light and insufficient blinds. No amenities given - no shampoo/conditioner. No basics in kitchen (salt, oil) “for covid” which doesn’t make sense.

The property was located within reach of many of Philadelphia’s places of interest . The apartment was secure ,spacious , clean & comfortable . It had everything we needed as a home from home . The building was of historic interest too . My son took advantage of the on site gym . It’s fully equipped & also has an indoor basket ball area where he practiced shooting hoops . Within a few minutes walk there is a Target store where you can buy all kinds of things . Especially handy for basic grocery needs . Next door to Target is a Starbucks which was a good call for morning coffee & a pastry . All in all we experienced a very pleasant stay with great communication from staff , who were always polite & communicative . I’d fully recommend this apartment for a stay in Philadelphia .

Location was good. Close to my niece apartment.

The apartment was not very clean and needs some updates and repairs. The door hinges in the door knob were loose and hanging from the door. The frame was broken and door were not close and open properly. Was locked out of room for over 2 hours at night due to this issue.
