Maybe add a bit of laundry detergent for the guests to use? But it was great!!

Emplacement

Chambre in the basement, ce n’était pas explicite dans l’annonce. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité, une lumière du jour indirecte, des pièges à sales bêtes partout, pas d’ascenseur, franchement pas agréable du tout comme chambre.

I liked the price for how many days we stayed, the bed was comfortable, the apartment overall was nice.

The lights in the stairwell weren’t working or turned on the first two nights we stayed - we arrived around 11pm and had to carry 3 large luggage bags up to the 4th floor with no lights on. The toilet in the bathroom wasn’t sealed or bolted to the floor properly. You’d go to stand up from the toilet and it would visibly come up off the floor. When we were at the iron gate on the sidewalk to come in, there were 5+ cockroaches scattering all directions.

Large clean space in a transitional neighborhood. Tgere are two good local coffee cafes within 2 blocks and lots of cafes on Fairmont Ave. There was no elevator so our apartment was a 4th floor walk up. We walked to both the philadelphia museum (22 minutes)and to city center. (38 minutes).

Didn't like 3rd floor walk up. Lack of dishes, cookware and silverware. Dishwasher Didn't work.

It wasn’t no breakfast missed that part of the description . I like the bed. It’s comfortable.

They could’ve told me I was on the 4th floor it’s a lot of stairs due to me having spinal cord surgery my back was strained and hurting by time I came upstairs. I don’t like that you don’t get accommodated if you don’t like the unit
