Clean room

Communication with host. Room was in basement few meters below ground level. Noisy. For parking you have to drive around the blocks for a few times and park in a very bad spot.

I liked the room. It suited my need for a quiet and clean space like I asked. The bed was very comfortable and the TV with access to Prime was very nice. The room is super comfortable and it includes toiletries and basic things for cooking. I would stay here again. The temperature in the room was appropriate. The room had 2 very small windows with blinds closed. No view to the outside or natural light. Some people might have a problem with this. I did not. There are 2 small convenience stores very close by where I got bananas and nuts for the day. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, especially because the place was so clean and quiet.

It is not very close to city center. I walked in the mornings to get to places and took a ride to get back in the evenings. I had a problem trying to figure out the door code. Owner was not available by phone. I called and sent text messages and got no response. This was upsetting. Fortunately I was guided by a wonderful employee in Booking.com customer service. He helped me and thanks to his persistence, the situation got resolved and I was able to access the property. After that, I had no other issues with the door code.

Most comfortable bed, check in was very easy using email.

Parking is not guaranteed. I had to walk a couple blocks one night when I arrived back at the apartment.

It was a nice quiet room not too far from the convention center. Had all necessary amenities, good shower.

Our room was in the basement (no windows), that was a bit unexpected. Sound insulation is not great

The door handle took a minute to activate before I could punch in the code.

The room was clean. But it was not as advertised.

Having seen pictures of the supposed room, I expected windows. The pictures they advertised had large beautiful windows that seemed to be above ground.. Unfortunately I got stuck in a basement. The tiny windows were sealed shut. There would have been no way out if there was a fire. The door key appliance was confusing. There were no instructions on how to use the code. I had to wait for other tenants to arrive so they could show me how to get into the building and room. Clear instructions along with the code would have been helpful.
