Beyond perfect. Upon arrival, we were met by the owners, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They showed us how to use everything in the apartment and even gifted us a fruit basket, wine, and other thoughtful items. The whole process was completely stress-free and a lovely start to our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We stayed in December, and the apartment was lovely and warm, with plenty of radiators throughout, which made it extremely comfortable during the colder weather. The hot water was powerful and consistent, and all amenities worked perfectly. Having a washing machine was a real added bonus, especially for a longer stay. The apartment itself is beautifully presented, with a gorgeous balcony, excellent Wi-Fi, and everything you could possibly need to feel at home. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space comfortable and practical for guests. What truly makes this place exceptional, though, are the hosts. They are the best hosts we’ve ever had — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always on hand to recommend places to eat, visit, or shop. We were met on arrival, shown how everything worked, and welcomed with thoughtful gifts including a fruit basket, wine, and other items, which was such a lovely touch. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine care made our stay feel extra special. This apartment is a real gem, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Oh, and PRIME location! 11/10.

Понравилось абсолютно все, но больше всего хозяин Давид. Чувствовалась постоянная забота и готовность помочь. Постоянно на связи. Даже придраться вообще не к чему. Идеальный хозяин -идеальное жилье!!!

Ни разу не ошиблись, выбрав это место для нашего пребывания. Расположение просто супер. Само место колоритное, с соседями грузинами, на красивой улочке в сердце старого города. Вместе с тем, в самом номере есть абсолютно все! От кофеварки до кондиционера. Чисто и уютно. Давид всегда был на связи. Лично нас встретил, хотя мы очень сильно задержались. Комплимент в виде вина и фруктов после тяжёлой дороги - просто в самое сердце ♥️ Мы в 3й раз в Тбилиси, но вернуться захотелось именно сюда. В этом же доме есть ресторан Kneina. Сходите, не пожалеете. Очень вкусно! Спасибо Давид. Обязательно вернёмся

Everything about this place is perfect. Its situated right in the center of old Tbilisi and you can get to the metro in a 2-3 minutes walk, its on a square surrounded by nice restaurants and bars but the noise levels inside is basically zero. The apartment itself is super comfortable and even has a nice balcony, the pantry is super well stocked with basic necessities and even more, which is something I do not take for granted when traveling and i’m still super thankful for. The host is probably one the most welcoming hosts i’ve had the pleasure of meeting in my years of travel. Super friendly and of course super helpful. Strongly recommended!
