"Had no idea what to expect - found the city exciting, interesting and well worth a visit."

The owner was waiting for us, there was a bowl of fruit and cakes, bottle of wine and a lovely warm apartment. Location was excellent, 10 minutes from Freedom Square. The owner had sent very clear instructions how to get to the apartment from the square and gave us very helpful general information, such as not to take taxis who tote from the airport, links to good restaurants, sites to see, etc. The apartment was facing an inner courtyard and QUIET!! Up 2 flights of steps but that did not bother us. Excellent value for money. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste, full range of toiletries waiting for us.

Nothing, will be recommending to any of our friends who plan on visiting Tbilisi.

Everything...the location is excellent👌🏽the apartment was so clean and spacious for one person and it was very comfortable. The highlight of this apartment though is David, wow what a host. He really went over and above the call of duty, so attentive, very responsive, and just soooo kind. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at his place and I'm definitely planning on returning. Thank you again David for everything! PS: I loved the welcome wine and the little treats!10/10 for hospitality 🫶🏾

One of the best stays. It is strategically located, and very easy to reach all attractions on foot. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped, and well-maintained. The host is superb and waited upon us on arrival. Highly recommended.

"Best stay ever."

This was the best stay ever. Hospitalty was the top. Everything was perfect. Super clean. All equipment you need is there. Location is wonderfull. David always guided us altought before check in and after check out. Thanks for everything.

Perfect location, nice balcony, great for drinking wine in the evening and watching the life of district. All the needed facilities are provided to every detail. Nice, friendly and helpfull owner.

Host was great and helpful, available 24/7. Location is nice, well equipped appartament, not noisy. Restourants with decent prices are close. 24/7 grocery shop is less than 5 min walking distance. Some attractions are walking distance as well.
