It was the perfect location for us. On the seafront with great views a short walk to a supermarket, restaurant and cafe and also 10 minutes walk to the Rubicon marina. A 20 minute walk and short scramble gets you to the first of the beautiful natural sandy Papagayo beach with crystal clear water for swimming, also great for a morning run. The apartment was comfortable, with a well equiped kitchen, washing mashine and dishwasher, good bathroom and shower and reasonable terrace and garden.

The microwave oven works but could do with an upgrade.

El extractor y el microondas no funcionan. Una lámpara de la mesilla del cuarto tampoco funciona y la luz del cuarto apenas alumbra. El menaje de cocina es mejorable.

Wygodny, czysty apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco w naczynia, sztućce i garnki. Dodatkowo czajnik elektryczny, ekspres i toster oraz zmywarka. W osobnym pomieszczeniu pralka i suszarka, leżaki. Wygodne duże łóżko i piękny widok na ocean i plaże Papagayo. Wystarczająca ilość miejsca do przechowywania. Możliwość spożywania posiłków na tarasie dolnym lub górnym.

Lampki nocne w sypialni możnaby wymienić.

Fantastic position yards from the promenade and views from the balcony straight across to the Papagayo beaches we go to Playa Blanca for. Only 30 minutes to the first beach even for we oldies. Comfortable, homely, very well equipped. Downstairs toilet a big bonus for elderly folks like us. Nice ground level patio for breakfast. 4 minutes to great supermarket and Indian restaurant. 5 minutes to bus stop for other end of town/ bus station for connections around the island. Flat fare 1.40 euro, every 30 minutes. Swimming pool looked lovely but we prefer the sea. Easy walk along the prom to more restaurants and man made beaches. Easy walk up the dormant volcano ( see picture )even for oldies of 76/ 82. ( catch the bus nearer to the start)

Jose our host had us set up for our early arrival which he graciously allowed. He also gave us some tips to orientate us in our new surroundings. The apartment is what is stated on the tin, upstairs for bathroom and bedroom with balcony. The bed is very comfortable and a lovely partial sea view. The 2nd bathroom was very welcome, it's small but functional. The pool area is also great and a chance to talk to other residents if that's what you like Poole is not heated but great once in over the shoulders. Downstairs comprised of the main living area, fully functional kitchen, living room with TV which had many apps like YouTube and Netflix. Location is perfect for us who like to walk, 10 mins either direction gets you to lovely sandy beaches, (beware of some naked people lol) or go the other direction to Playa Blanca for busy shops and restaurants over looking lovely beaches. First time to Lanzarote and we loved it. Thanks Jose.

Proximity of car park can get a tiny bit noisy but that's our only gripe
