The property is an apartment inside a hotel. It was convenient for us in terms of location and also for the price it was advertised. But we still ended up paying double the price without knowing, so it ended up not being a good option. Easy check in/ check out and good communication with host.

I don’t know where to start. We chose the place for its proximity to where we were visiting, the price was convenient at 55nzd but we got charged 95nzd, almost twice as there was a cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned in the reserving process (plus other fees like tourism tax). The ladies at the counter treat you like crap because you’re not a hotel passenger and just an apartment user, they are rude as you’re asking for help. We were very tired and could have used some help. The apartment is covered in moist and smells intensely like it. The bed linen was moist and being two beds together there was only 1 cover to share which wasn’t wide enough. The bathroom ceiling is falling apart from the water falling from the apartment above and it looks like it has been fixed many times but not a proper job has been done. The wall behind the bed had moist as well. I’m very disappointed at booking.com having considered this place and at that price as an option. The apartment must have been great when new but it needs a lot of work and maintenance…plus 73 ringgit for cleaning fees should show in place with a pristine apartment with no moist and no smell. This is the first time in more than 10 years of booking that I have to leave a review like this. Is really sad.

Tv cannot use, Netflix always in error, the bathroom tile very sliperly, beware always

Only the sea view was good; everything else was not like the pictures and not what I expected from the property.

The room was in very poor condition. The bathroom door could not be closed properly, and the wallpaper was extremely worn and damaged. The stay was not comfortable at all. I requested to change the room, but the hotel management was not cooperative and told me that, because the booking was made through Booking.com, I had to request the change through the app. I sent a message to Booking.com, but I have not received any response so far. Because the situation was unacceptable, I booked another hotel at my own expense starting from the second day
