Квартира отличная, видовая. Кондеи во всех комнатах, что редко и приятно, если учесть жаркую погоду. Стиральная машина, отличный холодильник.

Пованивает в душевой канализацией. СВЧ имеет проблемы с дверкой. Лампочки не везде. Двери, деревянные, закрываются плохо, видимо перекосило.

GREAT location in the old Tbilisi. Balcony with a beautiful view, street Georgian music concerts every night, very atmospheric. Bedrooms are very quiet. Good natural ventilation, we did not use air conditioning.

Chairs at the balcony were broken, kettle was not functional. Some furniture and carpet would necessitate some refreshment. It would be more convenient if some basic kitchen staff (salt, sugar...) was provided. Entrance via backyard of restaurants through hot air (restaurant conditioners backyard).
