We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the terrace. The view over Tbilisi was simply stunning. Sitting there in the morning with a coffee or in the evening after a long day was truly unforgettable. A small tip for future guests: if you would like to try authentic Georgian cuisine, there is a very nice restaurant called Khinkali House Iveroni nearby.

The only small issue was that GPS did not always locate the property correctly. We found that the easiest way to reach the apartment was via P. Kakabadze St. Even if you are arriving by car or taxi, I would strongly recommend using this street, as access from other directions can be quite difficult and confusing, especially on your first visit.

The location is good, only 15 min walk to Old Tbilisi, has everything you need for a good stay and the terrace is a highlight. Owner very helpful.

The matress is too soft
