Cadre exceptionnel le bâtiment est magnifique, la piscine, la salle de ping pong, le terrain de foot sont très agréables

Pas de wifi dans notre appartement (pas d’abonnement internet du tout), lave vaisselle cassé, chasse d’eau également. Beaucoup de notifications par mail sms et booking et parfois contradictoires

En 1er le lieu exceptionnel chargé d histoire avec une magnifique salle de billard et un jeu d'échec en plein air. Enfin l'appartement était grand propre fonctionnel et bien équipé avec smart tv vidéo projecteur chaîne hi-fi.. l'emplacement stratégique et idéal pour nous pour visiter le loch ness et l'île de Sky.

Rien mais une panière de fruits et quelques bouteilles d eau auraient été apprécié à notre arrivé

I liked the location and facilities. The apartment had some interesting features.

The heating stopped working on the second day. We were given a spare heater but it wasn’t enough so the four of us ended sleeping in one room to keep warm. The staff tried to arrange a gas engineer but he didn’t come. They offered to change our apartment but we would need to pay for this and arrange with the owner to reimburse us but the owner was unreachable.

How close the accommodation was to the waterfront with added features like pool amd Steam room

The wifi was not working and cell reception very poor, also the heating was intermittently working and got freezing throughout the night. Luckily staff were helpful and brought us extra heaters
