It's hard to find anything I didn't like

The apartment was small but comfortable and had a wonderful beach view from the balcony.

The Santa Clara complex is huge and could be a bit confusing to negotiate but we managed. However, access to the beach was very easy but to the city centre not quite so. I would recommend ordering a taxi from reception to do this. It only costs around 6e and would save a lot if walking.

Darek, the host, met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was well kitted out, and felt like home from home. It's quite compact, but has everything you need and more. The views from the balcony is superb and its quiet. The layout of the building was confusing at first. The apartment block used to be a huge hotel complex built in the 1970s with endless corridors, staircases, lifts and free underground parking. There is a lift to take you straight down to the seafront promenade.

I found the memory foam mattress a bit uncomfortable.

Very well equipped apartment. Perfect Location. Amazing Sea View.
