"Great studio in a fabulous location"

Loved the location. So near everything. Easy access to the beach as well. Pool area looks really nice too. We went in April so it was closed but we knew beforehand. It has everything you need. The shower pressure is brilliant. Loads of storage. Cooking facilities. Even a washer if you have a long stay. Loads of towels including beach towels and beach umbrellas that were very handy. Air conditioning works really well too. The view from the balcony is outstanding. We are definitely going back.

this little gem of an apartment has more than everything you will need for a comfortable stay[even umbrella's, which we needed!] it is situated metres from the beach in beautiful carihuela, and, has stunning sea views. darek is a superhost and provided well stocked cupboard and had a couple of beers waiting for us!

everything was perfect, bar the weather!

"Great little studio with stunning views, very well equipped and ideal location."

Great location (very quiet but very close to everything, 2 mins walk to the town centre or promenade) with stunning views, great little balcony (at ground level so very safe). Clean and very well equipped. Spacious for a studio. Very friendly and helpful person handling check-in (Darek). Nice complex, very secure and quite a grand old entrance hallway.

The owner needs to spend just a little bit of money replacing the few cracked and badly repaired tiles in the bathroom / shower area and sub-standard grouting etc. as it just took the edge off the place from receiving 10/10.

"Exceptional apartment, location and views"

Everything was catered for even down to umbrellas, beach towels etc. Spotlessly clean all cleaning products available. Host Derik left welcome drinks and nibbles nice touch. Location is fantastic along with the views

That we wasn’t able to stay longer . Nothing we didn’t like Thankyou
