There was a lot of work going on in the corridors, hanging cables, sprinklers system not attached hole in the property everywhere, felt really dangerous couldn’t settle at all, we were not told about any of this ongoing work, so had to move after one night because so bad.

The location is central and everything is close by. The flat is well-equipped and has all the supplies you may need.

The apartment had very serious problems. It was full of cockroaches, and despite asking the owner to fix the issue or relocate us, we had to spend our entire vacation with them and no help was provided. Spraying in the corridor by someone only added a strong chemical smell without solving the problem. The flat also smelled of cigarettes when you enter, had almost no natural light, very poor ventilation (windows facing a wall), and was extremely loud even with the windows closed. When we arrived, the bed was broken, although luckily the owner fixed it. The location is central, but the surrounding area and apartment looked very run-down. For the price charged, this place is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Les équipements, la climatisation très utile, proche des commerces et de la plage.

Le confort n’est pas terrible, le pied du lit était cassé avant même notre arrivée. Apparemment très bruyant ( voisins, rue…. ) mal isolé. Présence de cafards !! Porte de salle de bain / toilette qui ne se ferme pas, donc pas d’intimité. Impossible de joindre le propriétaire pour chaque problème. Pas de parking inclus, pourtant c’est bien écrit dans l’annonce, au final nous avons dû payer un parking sous-terrain d’un total de 154€ pour 7j donc prévoyez ce budget si vous souhaitez réserver ou bien garer votre voiture à 20-25min du logement car aucune place de disponible aux alentours. Quartier très sale, on se croit dans un bidonville ! À mon avis personnel je ne recommande pas cet appartement malgré les beaux paysages à découvrir aux alentours et pour l’ambiance présente du matin au soir.

I really enjoyed my time at the apartment. This studio Is compact, but ideally located in the very centre of Torremolinos, close to bars, restaurants and train station, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The studio includes everything you could want, including a washing machine. The accommodation is suited to both solo travellers and a couple. I have no hesitation in recommending this property, and I will be returning in the future. The office staff are also attentive and eager to help

The location was very good, I did not have a problem with that. There were some noisey neighbours at times, but not a lot one could do about that.

The paving is very bad and broken in places and when it rained one would stand on a broken flag stone and end up with dirty water over my shoes and trousers, the lighting is very poor!!

very central to city centre.train station 50 metre's away which was perfect for me as I was up and down to Málaga or fuengerola.superb cafe next door.for me was all I needed.

room a bit small but did not affect my stay
