The location is convenient and quiet. The staff downstairs are very friendly.

Needs thorough cleaning, especially the bathhroom smells like a public toilet. The kitchen has small ants running around. Everything is quite worn down and old.

Bett etwas hart, ist aber eher üblich in Thailand , Shampoo im Badezimmer könnte nicht schaden

We love everything about this apartment n have stayed several times. The staff are helpful n the room is big enough . The location is minutes walk to beach shops n bars. The apartment has a washing machine. The pool is great n well maintained. The beds are super comfy n i reccommend this place for any length of stay .

"A good option for a longer term stay in Pattaya."

A modern comfortable apartment with cooking facilities and online TV.

The whole apartment block was without running water for three days. Not the management's fault but we were on the verge of leaving. Anyway, the water came back and everything was fine again.
