GBLocation is at the end of a lane. Peaceful location interrupted by the occasional Battle of Britain Flight. A bonus in our view. You have a whole area of private garden to yourself. Amazing wildlife literally on your door step. Nice walks to the river and pubs. Robert is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. Also you can bring your dog.
It is a basic studio. It would be a bit cramped for more than two. The location is about five miles from Woodhall Spa. For the energetic it is walkable otherwise you will need a car. If you like nature, peace and quiet, hens - they are not noisy and are in a run - then this is for you. There are guard dogs, but they are behind an inner compound and do not bark at night. Well, they didn't while we were there.

GBSuper location. Very peaceful and quiet away from the maddening crowd. Nature at its best everywhere you look. This is really a first class apartment and will always be our first port of call when we come to Woodhall Spa which is literally a stones throw, central for everything. Not to be missed. Simply the best.
That is the $64 question! Still trying to find fault without any success.

GBIt seemed to be in the middle of a nature reserve. Badgers, muntjac deer, tawny and barn owls, geese and a Merlin all in the back field. Warm, plenty of hot water and amazingly peaceful location
Cooking facilities took some juggling with a Bella stove but minor really….everything you needed in the studio

The nearest pub didn't open till 4pm
