L's apartments

Very spacious, clean with a huge balcony! Owner and host are very accommodating and sweet, especially with my last minute arrival.

The location.

It had a terrible mouldy smell, the mouldy kitchen is a health hazard and needs to be taken care of immediately, replace all the cabinets everything stinks even the cutlery, the bathroom curtain is also mouldy.

Comfort, parking, view to the sea. The apartment is very well appointed

I did’n notice any weak point

As soon as I walked in, I could smell a strong and unpleasant mould odour in the kitchen, which was a lot worse in the bathroom. It made the kitchen area/lounge room and bathroom unusuable. I found a lot of mould in the kitchen cupboards and in a very old washing machine in the bathroom. I wanted to shower, but the smell was too bad. I contacted the owner, but she said there was nothing she could do. I had to barricade myself in the bedroom and sleep with the windows, so I was cold all night. The bed was also uncomfortable as I could feel the springs/coils. Then, in the evening, the toilet stopped flushing. I notified the owner but did not get a response. Unless these concerns are addressed, I would avoid this place. It's unacceptable to have mould and a toilet that does not work

I just needed a bed to for some nights, was just perfect for this purpose. But I could imagine spending some summer days here with my family also.

The electric stove was not in the perfect condition. 🙃 so, I needed to be an inventor in the kitchen. 😉
