it more better than last time i stay

the location n direction to parking (u suppose said underground parking) & the iron is not working n i cant dress up well

Disappointing experience due to lack of cleanliness and poor response My experience was disappointed. Upon arrival, i was shocked to find the room was not cleaned properly. Their cleanliness was terrible! Please refer photo. Cleanliness - dead cockroach, visible stains on pillow, sofa seat, bed and bathroom. To make matter worse, i was charged 2 days cleaning fee despite the unit poor condition. Facility - many damage item such as ceiling fan not function, bathroom drain cover, bed mattress and etc. Apartment - very old, creepy, and dirty building I raised a complain immediately to booking.com, however no action taken by them and did not receive any reply and follow up regarding my complain and refund. Not sure is this a scam or just trying to cheat customer? Unfortunately Booking.com just allow the host to charge us like this. Please avoid booking here.

The location was convenient

The cleaning services were cursory and lots of areas/ items were left dirty. The kettle was not working and was concerned about the safety of the hob as there was a smell of gas when using it. Had to contact the agency to have the place cleaned but the place was still not sufficiently clean albeit they replaced the kettle. The apartment smelt musty on arrival and bed sheets had minor stains. Photos of items that required attention have been included

The location was suitable for me

Some items need attention: - Curtains need to be rehung and blackout curtains for the bedroom would be good - in the bathroom the owner needs to ensure that the levels on the floor allow for drainage from the shower without wetting the whole bathroom - the mop brooms etc should be in a cupboard rather than stored in corners - the side table tilts and this could lead to breakage of mugs etc for which the owner posted exorbitant prices
