Azure Residences by Sleepy Bear Paradigm Mall

Why do I need to provide a copy of my IC, its illegal to do that. Still waiting for my deposit. Turn off your auto response and train up your staff.

I had a 4D3N stay in this unit with my family. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everything is the same as advertised in their photos. Shampoo and body shampoos are provided. There is a washing machine of Electrolux. Wifi is also provided. The whole unit is clean. The best part is the Paradigm Mall is just a few steps away from the lobby of Azure Residence! Super convenient with a Family Mart near the entrance of Paradigm Mall. This location is strategic as MidValley, Ikea Damansara, Pavilion are all reachable within 30 minutes of driving/Grab car depending traffic condition. Parking of Azure Residence can be found using Waze with the name "Victoria Home Azure Residence Car Park", as the multi-level car park building is located opposite to the Azure Residence. There is a link bridge between the car park and the residence. One car park slot is provided and it is located near to the entrance of link bridge at level G. Our second car is allowed to park at the visitor parking at level 1 (provided there is any free slot there). Something to take note for check-in: You may contact the management team one day earlier before check-in, to fill up and submit all the necessarily documents, and also pay the refundable deposit. This smooth the check-in process as you can get the key immediately on the day from the specific mailbox without any delaying. I would like to thank the Sleepy Bear Management for their great work in helping me for the check-in process. Added information: Today is 19 September 2024. It has been more than 2 months time where Sleepy Bear Management haven't return my deposit RM250. I have been messaging many times and they are just replying me with the same sentence "Noted. We are now checking with our finance on this, will get back as soon as possible. Thank you!". I felt truly deeply disappointed on this management.

The bathroom of Master bedroom has some unpleasant smell from drainage on my second day of stay onwards. We need to open the window occasionally to get rid the smell. And the water heater is not working in that bathroom. The bathroom of the second bedroom has water accumulation problem near to the sink. The unit is excellent, but the Sleepy Bear Management is truly a great disappointment!

1) Easy to collect the access card & key from the mailbox once the pin has been provided by Sleepy Bear (2) Less than 5 minutes walk which was a sheltered walkway to Paradigm Mall which has many F&B outlets, shopping & entertainment outlets eg obstacle course, cinema, karaoke & spas (3) Netflix access provided.

1) Sleepy Bear does not respond to queries on Booking.com's chat / message platform. (2) On Sleepy Bear's WhatsApp chat, the replies are by a BOT and for requests that are not part of the BOT service, it will take a long time before Sleepy Bear replies and that is after sending repeated chasers every 2 hours. Even follow-up reminders to requests that were agreed earlier did not receive any acknowledgement but luckily they did provide the 2 access cards that I requested for. (3) Have to pay a RM250 deposit which will take some time to refund & had to upload a copy of my passport or IC which they claimed is required by the condo's security team to verify my identity when collecting the access card & keys. However, when I arrived, the security card did not verify my identity and did not even check my identity whenever I entered the premises during my 3 days stay. (4) Sleepy Bear will only provide the mailbox pin on the day of check-in while I required the pin 1 day before I fly as I won't have wifi to receive the pin when I arrive in KL until I use the condo's wifi. That was why I tried to contact Sleepy Bear about 2 days before my check-in date to request for the mailbox pin (5) the condo had 4 bathrooms but Sleepy Bear only provide 2 shower gel bottles & 1 shampoo bottle while 1 of the bathroom heaters was spoilt. In addition, one of the bathrooms attached to a room smelled of sewage.

The apartment was big and had a gas stove.

The beds were not comfortable, the master bathroom smelled so awful we couldn't even go in, nor did the hot water work in the master. One of the spare bedroom bathroom sink leaked, the other spare bedroom bathroom floor was always wet, something also leaking . Under thr kitchen sink leaked. Two broken chairs in the living room and very dirty. All of the takes had stains on them. When we first arrived to check in, we couldn't get a response, because we didn't realise we had to pay a deposit, which is not clear nor do they provide to whom you should send the deposit to. We were not given any information about the facilities either.

Very spacious. Great location attached to the mall.

Upon arrival, when I opened the main door, the unpleasant smel is very strong. Mostly coming from master bedroom’s toilet and drainage from kitchen. Theres no enough ventilation in the toilet emitting the unpleasant smell, really putting us off.

Gorgeous spacious apartment. 5 star amenities. Plenty of room I would highly recommend

Communication is via whats app bot mainly , sometimes takes a bit to get information back. To make checkin swift make sure u fill out the details they want prior. . Though Accomadation was great

Near shopping mall (Paradigm Mall)

1) Deposit RM250 (quite high) before checkin (need to do online transfer, cannot cash) 2) Deposit RM250 will be transfer within 7 working days. Because this booking was made under my company budget, so need to use my own money 1st (transfer the deposit to my company). 3) There are so much online apps inside the Smart TV, but none of them cannot watch. 4) Check in instruction not very clear. 5) Toothbrush, toothpaste and soap not provided. Only shampoo is available. 6) Many time request the invoice to the staff, but the staff ignore my request. 7) Not suggested for booking under company, if you come with family will be suitable.
