GBLocation excellent- for food, shopping and facilities - pool and gym looked good- too busy so didn’t get a chance to use either. Less than 5 minutes walk to shopping centre - all covered especially good if it’s raining Easy drop / pick up point for Grab taxis . Great to have 2 bathrooms and a spacious apartment. WiFi worked well.
The apartment which sleeps 5 had only 3 chairs at dining table, so not possible to sit and eat a meal together. The water heater in main bedroom was not working so we all used shower in 2nd bathroom which was fine. NO instructions re disposal of rubbish and could not find somewhere to drop them so ended up dropping it at family’s home nearby..NOT ideal ! Insufficient crockery eg 3 mugs including 1 cracked one. Bedding not checked .. one bedsheet had minor blood stain on it. It’s for these reasons the rating is not as we would wish it to be - cleanliness/ comfort / facilities in the apartment. Tv is a smart tv ..with no instructions.

Sleepy Bear is the worst management I’ve ever experienced. I had a problem to access the parking as there’s no valid card in the parking tag. I called many times including the hotline but no one picked up the phone. After some time, they finally replied my WhatsApp message. After some communications thru WhatsApp, they promised to drop the card at the letter box after 10.30pm. I waited at the letter box for more than 30 minutes but to nil. I called many times and continue to send WhatsApp but no response at all. Until the next morning the card has not been placed and I continued to follow up. I finally got the card at around 2pm. It was a horrible experience and the way sleepy bear treating its customers is absolutely unacceptable. I gave a zero rating or even negative

USWe like that it has a really nice pool and the check in is relatively easy. we also like the location because it’s close to restaurants and shopping.
It’s not as clean as the photos show and the wall papers are peeling off the wall or look not well maintained and old/dirty. no dish rack in kitchen to dry the dishes. bathroom faucet is too close to sink and when we turn water on the water spill off to the back of the sink.

Very complicated parking for people with more than one vehicle. An option for visitor parking has to be provided
