The complex was outstanding. The rental unit was dirty and in need of maintenance.

It was difficult to relax as it was missing stemware and silverware

Very beautiful sea view! Good location and good building.

It's not a hotel! You have to pass through a quest with finding a key card in a chest near flamingos. Bad internet connection.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone, misleading information. Very low standard. Costumer service on very low level. No way to get out of the deal.

Close to the Beach

Well at description of property we were told we will get 2 double beds we end up with 1 bed and sofa bed for people of height 5ft maximum. We're told it were made for children. Booking was made for 4 Adults. Extremely unpleasant response from manager of this facility. Refused to provide another bed or another room, Refund of our funds didn't come in to mind either. We end up with Booking another room from them . So they charged us double on agreed price. Wouldn't recommend it for any one. By the way check pictures , this rooms shouldn't be rented out , at all. Cons merchants.

Great location

Wasn’t very clean and communication with the renter was awful. We waited around for two hours for someone to meet us with a key only to be given the wrong room and had to wait another day to be moved.

The swimming pools are very good. The sports rooms of the building are very good. The building's security is good. The washing machine in the room is ok. The kitchen equipment is ok. The bathroom is good. The bedroom is good.

TV , WI-FI , SAFE BOX , ENTRY DOOR LOCK were disconnected. I could not use them. The A/C was too loud. After I sent notes nobody came to fix it. The price was too high for this situation. Also room security was low. The Administration tried to charge me extra money for days i paid before already. 😕

Location is convenient

The host is careless, about the comfort of the guest. They have a strict policy when it comes to checkin and checkout and have an hourly penalty for early checkin or late checkout. But my room was not cleaned and not ready even 2 hours beyond the checkin time. They handed over the room keys without cleaning the room. It was filthy and stinking. I have attached pictures with this review, so you can see the state of the room when keys were handed over to me. When I followed up with the host, they stopped receiving my calls. I wasted 1 hour just to get the room cleaned up with their staff. I have demanded a compensation for the 2 hours of late checkin, but again no response from the host. Renting a room for short periods is not legal in this condominium. But this Chinese company, is doing this business illegally. I have attached a picture of the notice displayed at the condo, as well. So if any anyone wants to book this property, do it at your own risk.
