Riviera Jomtien by Daisy Pattaya

FRAUDULENT HOST!!! I booked livingroom+2bedrooms (2bedroom units)the host wanted to give us a 2stars terrible another condo so far awayfrom my booked place. I told them i paid for the Riviera condo not for a poor another condo.... so the host gave us in the Riviera 2 1 bedroom units... one on the 7 level another on the 19level... i was with my children! Our family had to be separated!!!!In the 7level units hadnt got hot water in the bathroom!! When i told it to the host she told me wont do anything... the host didnt gave us the reservated 2bedroom units and didnt repaired the hot water... i had to be separated from my family!!!! terrible host! Nobody come to this host! I reported at the booking of course!

I was forced to pay an additional 6000baht because the original room I requested was not ready. Complex manager said pay or cancel your reservation. Very rude! I had no choice but to pay because everyone was already booked and I would not have had anywhere to stay. I feel I should have my 6000baht compensated because the original room should not have been listed if the room is not available. Very poor customer service!

In general I book 3night in Riviera residence but When I was doing check in on 1february they tald my they don't have space or is any issues so They send my to another Hotel and is take ages until I get something similar but I was so excited to see this Riviera very disappointed they provided Nice place I was happy but in general very bad service and 0 communication from this letting agents
