The owner seems unprepared to receive guests. Initially, in the app it said my credit card was charged but it was actually not. You have to bank transfer the owner to complete the check in process. The check in was a hassle as we had to wander around the area since there was no guidance where the exact location of this place is. Upon entering the apartment, in one of the rooms, we found cockroaches on the bed and there was like some dirt on the floor (possibly from the cockroaches). Thank God the cockroaches were only there during the check in and we didn’t encounter them for the rest of the stay. The owner asked us to buy bug spray somewhere and she will reimburse but we did not do that. Overall, the apartment was okay (besides the cockroaches).

Nearest to supermarket if you want to buy your personal things or your homestay need. Also nearest to restaurants. Car wash. Laundry.

The location is very good, close to the city. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby area. The guest house is very clean. There are soap and shampoo facilities as well as a water kettle also an electric stove. It's worth staying here
