"Good homestay"

The two bedrooms were super comfy. Got a rice cooker as an essential item for a family group like us. Moreover, there are toiletries such as towels, soap and shampoo.

The floor was dusty. Our feet got dirty after just walking around the homestay.

Great host! Jeannie was super helpful and accommodating, before and during our trip. Provided clear instructions on how to access the property, helpfully gave recommendations when asked and also kindly explained the parking situation. Property itself was great too, spacious, amazing value and most importantly CLEAN! Toilet & shower was clean with toiletries provided too. Location was convenient, only about 10-15mins drive from KKIA, with plenty of eateries, laundromat and convenient stores nearby. KK city centre is only a short drive away and there's always parking if you're planning to rent a car.

The kitchen faucet is a bit loose/wonky and the cabinet beneath has water damage. No curtains on the window, which wasn't great as it faced the busy square in front (we hung our clothes up there as a makeshift curtain, so didn't impede the trip)

Spacious unit -Its not noisy busy area but not very far from tourist attraction spot, about 10 mins drive. -Reasonable pricing for that location. -Fully renovated with simple furniture. Fully aircond unit, suitable for hot weather now.

Sofa is abit dirty, maybe owner can buy a sofa cover to cover and everytime wash the cover so cleanliness of the sofa can be maintained. -It's public parking, so need to keep aware of timing and pay coupon car park to prevent getting summons.

"Very value for money stay and helpful owner"

Smooth check-in, good location near the airport and supermarket/restaurants. Owner was very helpful in providing instructions for check-in. Didn't use most of the amenities but saw that there were many kitchen appliances including toaster and steamer. Towels and body/wash shampoo was provided. Will come back again in the future

Refrigerator had some stains so we didn't use it but everything else was great
