GBGreat location perfect for our trip
Issues checking in. We had arranged an early check in (11am) which was great, we were delayed so got there at 1:45 pm only to find there were no keys available as the previous guests had not checked out yet. Finally got in at 3pm
SGVery cozy; the kitchen and dinner table was great for 4 of us to rest.
The sofa/couch was alil dirty but other than that all was great!

Der Check In war kompliziert, Informationen dazu gab es erst einen Tag vorher in Form von vielen Seiten plus Ausfüllen von Formularen. Laute Umgebung nachts. Die Ausstattung der Küche war unvollständig. Der Pool war schmutzig, es fehlten Toiletten und Umkleiden, das Fitnessstudio war geschlossen.

NZWould have been good to be told we had to go to top floor to find lockbox and key, were just given 2 codes which worked fine. Once we were told by other people in the building where we had to go and had experienced the same problem upon their arrival. 2 keys would have made it a bit better.
Info to find lock box. Difficult with only 1 key to gain access to floor and room if couples are doing different things
MYThe house is exceptionally clean and equipped with necessary utensils and house cleaning items.
1. The airconds need servicing and refilled gas 2. Netflix accounts get disconnected during the 1st night of stay and wasnt fixed even after asking through the service chat 3. Internet connection disrupted on the 2nd day of stay 4. The sofa need to be deep clean, felt some itchiness when sitting on it.
GBThe location of the flat was perfect especially if you need to reach to the jetty. The area itself is great because of the nearby shopping Mall, restaurants, shops etc. The flat is lovely by itself, enough space, great views. We loved the bonus havingna pool and the view to the sea and the sunset. The host is very responsive. Generally is a lovely stay!
One thing I hate the most and it is dirty floor and this property had it very bad. Not sure why when the flat itself was actually clean. Also the shower cubicle door wasn't moving properly.
