Pillows are too flat. It needs changing .

Lovely set up and layout

Pillows were disgracefull. It took 4 days for them to change them for something that could half be slept on. Staff on the phone rude. The staff told me they were needing in to check the boiler weekly..??? Never heard of this in my life??

I liked the quiet area and the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed for any issues we had. There was washing up liquid, dish sponge, washing pods, dishwasher tablets, hand soap and bin bags provided which was nice, lovely full size fridge and freezer and a fan was also provided! The bathroom was very modern and clean in the bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel, dental kit, hand soap bar and cotton buds were provided which was nice to have. We loved the big windows with the blackout blinds. The wardrobes were floor to ceiling (which is very high) there was a hairdryer provided too. Lots of double plug sockets in the bedroom each side of the bed and at the end of the bed. There was a dishwasher and also a washing machine along side an air fryer and pots pans, utensils to cook meals and knifes to prepare meals. Nice and close to the shopping centre and there’s a bus stop about a 6-10 min walk away, taxis were efficient in the area. Replies from the team on WhatsApp were very fast and helpful :)

They were a hour late to get us to our flat however they did extend our checkout till 12pm instead of 10am, the flat is in need of a deep clean of the skirting boards the floors, under the bed and places like tables, lamp, tv and windowsills as they were very dusty, the built in microwave was broken and they knew it wasn’t working so placed one on the worktop which was also broken. They provide a washing machine however no clothes airers to dry the clothes, dishwasher needs salt and rinse aid but that’s not provided.

Washing machine & dishwasher not working. Had to wait a few nights for good pillows to be put in place. Pillows were terrible until new ones arrived

Tenants above who seemingly are uncivilised people, lacking the ability to walk properly - they tend to stomp and jump around creating a noisy environment thus preventing me to sleep .
