Only stayed for 11 hours as a quick stop over but solid apartment and will be back when I need a room again.

The facilities, especially the bathroom.

I had stayed the previous week and had no issues

I approached Omega directly and asked to book direct. They tried to charge double the amount booking.com had listed the room for. They told me to book through booking.com. upon arrival the room was not the same as the previous weeks rental. The list of issues is quite long. No way of locking the door, so had to use a chair and wedge it under the handle as every person that has stayed uses the same door code. The ground floor flat had damaged windows that you could not leave open. The flooring is rising and nearly caused an accident in the night. There are no sharp knifes to prepare food. Long black hairs around the toilet bowl. No teatowel or oven mitt for bringing food out from the oven. The quilt has stains on, the pillows are also covered in stains and smell. I've reached out to Omega direct and they don't really care about the paying customers complaints, fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend female solo travelers due to the gangs of men that hang around the carpark. This is not a good place to stay. I would strongly recommend that you do not waste your money at any Omega properties.

Amazing stay. Very clean. Everything thing i required for my stay was available in the property.

Lots of slamming doors during the evening

The property has plenty of parking

-Awful bed and pillows -Seemed extremely loud from external traffic -For a couple weeks we’re only given 1x bath towel & 1x hand towel -we found medium length hair on the ‘clean’ bed sheet - no hot water
