"Misleading, Dirty, and Completely Unacceptable – Avoid Both the Property and Booking.com This was one of the worst trav"

Nothing. The location was convenient, but that’s the only redeeming factor.

Everything. The photos were completely misleading — the room was outdated, poorly furnished, and dirty. Sheets felt unwashed, towels and bath mats had stains, and the overall standard was far below what was advertised. Totally unacceptable for the price.

Easy to find - nice decor- easy to book and check in.

We didn’t use the kitchen/living room at all - was barely there. Think the price changed a lot over the week I was looking. Pot luck when you book.

The location was perfect.

The property will ask you for a 200P depost before access and the game of refunding will begin there after. The Toilet was stinking with a mouldy bathmat The bedings were old and not comfortable The bed was sooo small for a couple

Clean, great facilities, very helpful staff, quick to respond. Quiet and felt safe for a solo female traveller.

It was very warm but the fan helped :-)

"Overpriced for standard accommodation"

The location was good for where we needed to be

There were several items in disrepair (wardrobe doors off their runners, freezer wouldn’t stay closed, pull for blinds broken, drawer in fridge broken). Also no cooling available - especially bad during the heatwave weekend!! Mildly aggressive WhatsApp communication prior to stay listing what not to do and the penalties involved
