It was clean host was responsive and polite Facilities was also great

Couldn’t sleep my second night as the whole apartment had a horrible smell coming from the toilet I noticed when I came back. But it was unbearable for me it smelt really bad and I could have opened window however I was told window didn’t open so not to try and open it So I left at like 2 am in the morning

comfortable, clean, close to the office, nice touch with the milk in the fridge. Hosts were responsive when raised questions or queries on the property which was helpful.

Need replacement pots and pans as un-useable, so couldn't cook my own meals from scratch. More positives than negative with the property, so please do not let this put you off.

Property was so clean and just the perfect amount of facilities for cooking.

Not a dislike, but the tv kept cut out and took long to load Netflix.

We spent our honeymoon in apartment 1. It was perfect. These guys really go the extra mile. Property was easy to access, all info was provided the day before making entry and wxit seemless. The extra touches, such as airffryer, cooking oil, salt, washing up liquid, and essentials to be able to wash your clothes, make tea, and use the dishwasher, were lovely essentials. The property is very well thought out. Ample sockets and on on either side of the bed and an iron, clothes airer also provided. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated the privacy. We would love to stay here again but would definitely take caution and record a video before and after and report anything. Even the smallest of details for the providers sake. We can't fault this place. But if we could have had anything else. We would have liked a tv in the bedroom area, and blinds that offered more privacy on the ground floor, and the option to have a dimmer bulb or light setting as the lights were very bright particularly at night. However, we would recommend.

The flat is relatively clean and has own designated car parking which is great. Rooms are spacious and all the equipment are in working order.

There is no way to communicately effectively with the host when you have difficulties, the response time is very long and you maybe not get response at all, also the contact number your given goes to voicemail and there is no way to speak to someone over the phone during emergency. Feels very unprofessional at times. Sadly
