Rozy House Nei Epivates Thessaloniki ( Near the sea)

Great location, very close to the sea and the bus that took us to Thessaloniki. Clean and nice apartament.

The bathroom was very small. Address was a little difficult to find.

The I water was COLD. I have been to several locations with booking.com but it was the first time that I found a place where it was not possible to have a warm shower. Moreover, when using the sink/shower the water was then coming up from a hole in the middle of the bathroom, causing continuous flooding. Also, we stayed there for 3 days (3 people) and we only had 1 roll of toilet paper ! We had to buy it for ourself. What kind of service is that ? It was not possible to use the tv, apparently the remove was not linked to the tv in the room and there was no way to turn it on. The host was responsive but not helpful at all, I think she doesn’t know well the place she is renting. On the pillow there were two suspicious stains, clearly it wasn’t washed. I am very disappointed by the low quality of the apartment and by the complete absence of attention from the host. Totally now a good value for the money paid.

The apartment is located very close to the beaches, ferry, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops, making it very convenient. The apartment was comfortable for two people and we had plenty space. The host was very nice and helpful.

The owner was very nice, and easy to reach (WhatsApp), the apartment was clean, air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, we could also use some cosmetics (sunscreen) and additional clean towels and bedsheets. We also used the kitchen twice to cook some simple supper (it has a stove, refrigerator, pans, cutlery, glasses) The flat is 5 minutes away from the beach, has a very good price-to-quality ratio

Water smells bad sometimes, but it's not the owner's fault

It's a nice apartment, close to the sea. In a few minutes walk you are near the sea, restaurants and shops. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make breakfast or even more. There you will find everything you might need for your holiday. The owner is very responsive and ready to help you if you need it.

We were bothered by the smell of cigarettes in the living room, but it was probably from the tourists who stayed there before us and there was no time for the smell to go away.
