Rozy House Nei Epivates Thessaloniki ( Near the sea)

Apartment was very clean and neat. It's 5mim walk from beach and restaurants. We were very happy with everything.

We had a great time and everything was perfect! The host was super nice. She was always reachable, helped us to find the apartment and left biscuits and drinks for us. The apartment is close to the beach and it’s lovely to sit at the balcony in the evening:)

Balcony was helpful. We spend a lot of time there eating and chilling. The bathroom was nice and not small at all. The apartment was clean and the host lady was very nice and polite. When you book this place remember it is the cheap option do not expect something luxury. It was fine for us to stay for 5 nights.

The fireplace room did not exist. The airconidtioner were not in bedroom, it was difficult to get some sleep. The single bed was so uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for 3 people. You can not make meal in the kitchen, only breakfest.

The location was amazing, everything was near: the beaches of Peraia and Neoi Epivates, tavernas, and many stores. The view off the balcony shows a bit of the sea and the mountains of Thessaloniki; great view The price was also good for the area

The photos shown on the site are not entrirely what we saw in reality. Some rooms were differently arranged and the living room with the fireplace didn't exist. If one plans on staying for a while, there is no laundry machine, the kitchen is almost non existent and hard to make anything other than breakfast on. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the sofa especially.
