Domus Graziana - Lake Front

The apartment is clean and cute with attention to details, and has all the things you may need for living. Opens up with a code which we found rather comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (not every appartment has a dishwasher, this one does and that was a big advantage for us). We appreciated that the owners support separate collection of waste. The bed is comfy and wide enough for two people and it was amazing to wake up to a beautiful view of the lake. Besides there's a separate garden with a lemon tree, some herbs and a table where you can have a peaceful breakfast with a view. If you are teavelling by car there's a parking lot right next to the appartment which was comfortable as we had lots of bags with us. It was very kind of the owners to leave some information about the nearest places where you can eat and all in all some advice on how to spend your time by the lake. All in all the appartment met our expectations and we were fully satisfied with our stay. There's a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, boat rent and a ferry that may take you to Bellagio. The place itself is super nice for people who are seeking for some peace of mind and wsnt to avoid the crowd. And if you have a car you can go pretty much everywhere and enjoy the views, go hiking, cycling or just seat by the lake watching ducks swimmings right next to your apparentment. Special thanks to Leonardo, the host, who was super helpful and attentive, figured out how to solve the issue with the internet connection as we needed to make work calls during our stay and all in all a very polite man. Would we stay here again? Definitely yes!

Perfect location. Luigi was a great host and met us earlier than we were supposed to check in, explaining how everything worked. The apartment was fabulous with such a stunning view of the lake. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Thanks to the very helpful and kind host, we would be very happy to come back one day! The apartment is spacious and has an incredible view to the lake. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made our stay a real pleasure. We quickly started feeling like at home at Domus Graziana.

Vassena only has one tiny convenience store that has very limited supply of products and improvised prices. Apart from that, the whole town is lovely and gives a very safe and cozy feeling.

Everything! The location, the room, the private garden, the hosts, everything was just perfect!

Everything... Location, although the peace of nature under the window was something that was amazing... Parking space was fine...several steps from the apartment. Leonardo is a great host.

Great view to the lake! Small balcony, you can put a chair. The big one appartement (55m) was a little smaller than we expected and with a big stairs inside but everything was there. Very comfortable sofa with a real mattress. Four of us accommodated with no problem. Parking is right next to the house, quite narrow, but near the church is also a free one.

Needs some refreshing of the dishes. The pans are tired. Just a few glasses and of different sizes, not enough even for two. It would be great if salt, sugar and oil were available

The location was perfect and the views were gorgeous. The surroundings were very quiet and the little coffee shop around the corner served a good cappuccino and yummy croissants. The apartment was very clean and the host that welcomed us was very attentive, helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend Domus Graziana.

The queen bed was made up of two separate mattresses and we found this a little uncomfortable. The mattresses were a little firmer than what we are used to.
