View Talay 2 Suite Apartments

Very nice place. Good location, big and clean swimming pool. The room is great, beautiful and comfortable. Very clean, good bed, new air conditioner. Has kitchen. Staff is friendly and helped me.

The apartment is not worth the money. Plumbing is a wreck. Consistent blockages in bathroom pipes. The owner promises to fix the issues based on requests, but nothing gets done at all. Washing machine is leaking and floods the bathroom. Furniture is a wreck. AC in the guestroom does not function. Kitchen is in a horrific state. Ad stated that there is an electrical oven, but it is not so, even microwave barely works. Even the lighting flickers due to the lack of maintenance, like in horror movies. Neglected and messy apartment, not recommended

We lived in View Talay 2B 100 times and the house and location is lovely.

This condo was a complete disaster. My wife complained and thought all the furniture was from a junkyard. The broadband was not in order, the television working like from the 1970 with white things running throw the screen and everything was shits.

Breakfast was not included. Convenient location. Easy to get to grocery store and bot buses.

There were two occasions where a repair man had to be called. Problems were fixed very fast but I was responsible for cleaning up afterwards. The first time wasn't bad and I cleaned it quickly. However the 2nd time was a toilet leaking problem and I hired a cleaning person to do the clean up. I think this type of problem should be handled by the owner. Also the first View Talay (1} I stayed at the year before had lots of restaurants on the main floor. This View Talay (2A} had none.

The location is absolutely TOP!! The room is big, clean and has all you need, good bathroom. Nice big pool. The extra big balcony/terrace was perfect, with a great view for sunset. The bed is very comfortable with great pillows.

You had to pay additional 50 baht for use of the sun beds in the complex.

Old and dated , the building was built in 1992 and nothing in this apartment has been done to it since kitchen and bathroom could do with a refurb , the shower door was broken and the toilet needed some maintenance

very hard bed, no wifi, waited 2 months before tv broken remote was replaced, tv reception very poor. Immigration demanded a TM30 that the owner was to submit but we had to pay $50 for a copy.

Great location, not so modern building but very clean, and was great value for money
